These online chemical safety courses are self-directed, although the e-learning modules must be completed within 12 months of the date of booking.

COSHH E-Learning

Understanding the relevant legislation, risks and precautions pertaining to the handling and use of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is crucial. This online course will teach the candidate about how to safely and effectively work with hazardous substances and about their responsibilities under COSHH regulations.
This course will cover:

- Hazard symbols
- 6 simple steps for workplace safety
Infection Prevention and Control E-Learning

This course will provide candidates with the knowledge necessary to prevent the spread of diseases in the workplace. They will also learn about the best hygiene practices for reducing infection in the workplace.

- The chain of infection
- Personal hygiene
Legionella Awareness E-Learning
£XXX per candidate
Legionella, otherwise known as Legionnaires disease, is a debilitating disease that can lead to long-term health complications and even death. With around 250 being diagnosed with it in the UK every year, legionella awareness is essential. This online course will educate candidates on the risks of legionella and the proper safety precautions.
This course will cover:
- Legionella bacteria
- Preventing a legionella outbreak
Bodily Fluids Spill Kits E-Learning

Spill kits for bodily fluids are essential in situations pertaining to the spillage of blood and other bodily fluids. Candidates will learn how to handle and clean up these spills to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace, and prevent the spread of infections.

Chemical and Oil Spill Kits E-Learning

This online course is suitable for candidates who will be handling chemicals and oils in their workplace. They will learn how to safely handle spills using specialise spill kits to prevent a spill from spreading further.
